Getting Started with Test-Takers Table
Understand about the various attributes of the test-taker in the test-takers table

This article aims to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the test-taker table.  
The test-taker table not only has detailed information about the test-takers but also allows you to perform various functions like searching, sorting & filtering. It allows you to customize the table as per your needs and has list of actions that can be performed on test-takers.
The new and revamped test-taker table has all existing columns as well as new columns. These Columns aimed at giving more information about the test-taker are of two categories.i. Default columns - These are columns which are displayed when the user opens the results dashboard for a test.ii. Additional columns- These are columns which are not displayed by default but can be added from column customization settings

| 1 | Name | Name and email-id of the test-taker | 
| 2 | Score | Score secured by the test-taker in a test | 
| 3 | Overall Status | It’ll show the current status of the test taker. For ex. The column will display “In Progress” if the test taker has commenced the test. | 
| 4 | Detailed Status | Detailed status gives more information about the overall status. | 
| 5 | Actions | Multiple action are available for each test-taker. For ex- resume test. | 
| 6 | Test taker ID | Test taker ID as generated by the Mercer Mettl platform. |

| 1 | Performance Categories | It will show you the category the test taker comes under. The category for a test taker will depend upon the logic defined while setting up the performance categories. | 
| 2 | Email status | These are the 4 statuses you’ll receive for the status of the invitation email sent to the test taker.  Sent - the email has been sent from the platform. Delivered- Mail has been successfully delivered.  Opened- Mail has been opened by the test-taker. Bounced- Mail has not been delivered.  | 
| 3 | Invited On | It displays the date on which the e-mail was sent to the test taker. | 
| 4 | Test Date | It displays the date on which the test was completed by the test-taker. | 
| 5 | Percentage | This displays the overall percentage of the test-taker  | 
| 6 | Section Details | It gives score secured by test-taker for each section in the test. | 
| 7 | Started on | Date on which test was commenced by the test-taker. | 
| 8 | Submission Date | Date on which submission is to be made. Only applicable for deadline-based tests. These are tests where the deadline to submit the test can be in days. | 
| 9 | Reported at | Time at which test-taker enters the waiting room. Only applicable if waiting room is enabled for the test. | 
Each user can customize columns as per their requirement by following the below steps:STEP 1: Click the icon below.STEP 2: A popup will appear.
STEP 3: Select the columns to add or remove from the list of available columns. The selected columns will be displayed on the right.STEP 4: Columns can now be dragged and arranged as desired.STEP 5: Click the “Apply column” button to see your table changes.

2. There are inline filters available for columns.
3. You can also use the filter icon to apply the filters.
STEP 1: Apply a filter using any one of the three methods mentioned above.STEP 2: A tag for the filter would appear on screen.
STEP 3: Click on either “X” or “Clear all” to remove the filters.
i. DEFAULT SORTING
Default sorting is based on detailed status. For the test-taker where detailed status has been updated most recently will show on top. Detailed Status reflect various activities performed by test-admin (Ex-inviting test-takers), test-taker(Ex-completing a test) or system(Ex-auto-submitting the test due to time over).
ii. SORTING ON COLUMNS
Sorting is applicable on following columnsi. Name and e-mailii. Total Scoreiii. Invitation Dateiv. Test finish datev. Section scorevi. Test start datevii. Submission dateviii. Reported at
iii. RESET SORTING BACK TO DEFAULT SORTING
Click on the below icon to reset to default sorting or refresh the page.
iv. SEARCH TEST-TAKER NAME/ E-MAIL
You can enter the test-taker name or email and click on the search icon. The search also runs on a character basis. For ex- If you have the test-taker names such as John, James, Jenny, Janice, you can enter “ja” and click on the search icon. Both James and Janice will be displayed on your screen.If CIM setting is enabled, in that case the search will work on Test-taker ID.
There are multiple downloads available on the results dashboard.i. Excel.
It contains all the data in the test-taker table along with marks scored by test-takers.ii. Test-taker Reports.
Download the PDF Version of the online reports for the test-takers.iii. Reports with attachment.
Downloads PDF reports along with any documents uploaded against question by the test-takers.iv. Question analytics.
It contains analytics for the questions in the test.
