In Long Answer type question(s) the test taker has the option to upload files in the response along with the text content as follows:
How many files can be uploaded?
A test taker can upload at most 3 files in response to a question. The files can be uploaded one at a time.
Is there any file size limit?
The individual file size can be upto 30MB.
What all file types are allowed to be uploaded?
The test taker is allowed to upload files of all types. For example: .doc, .pdf, .ppt, .xls, .png, .zip, .jpg, etc. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you need any other file types supported
For security reasons executable file types are not allowed such as .bat, .exe, .dmg, .cmd, etc.
How to enable file upload feature in any Long Answer question?

File Upload Flow:
Click the “Select File” Button below the “Total Words” label. A file explorer will open as follows. Choose a file to upload.
Note - It is advisable to keep a higher browsing tolerance in tests that have this feature enabled as the test taker moves out of the test window to attach files.
How To view files uploaded by test takers in reports?
Access reports of individual test takers via results page for the intended test and view test taker responses uploaded for the intended question.
