View, Edit or Clone an Interview

This article intends to help users perform actions such as edit, view, clone etc. on their interviews. 

First and foremost, login to your Mercer | Mettl account and select the option Interviews from the More Apps dropdown as shown below.  




On clicking upon Interviews, you will be redirected to the Interviews dashboard.  

You will be able to see all the candidates whose interviews are/were scheduled on the Interviews dashboard.

View Interview Details 

 To view the details of a scheduled interview, click on the candidate’s name on the Interview Dashboard. 

The various details and settings that were configured for the interview can be viewed, such as the candidate and panellist details, scheduling details, job profile associated etc.  
 
You can click on the Back button on the top right corner of the page to go back to the interviews dashboard or click on the Edit Details button to edit and change these interview settings. 

Edit an Interview 

1. To edit details w.r.t any scheduled interview, click on the edit option under the 3-dot action button in the Action(s) column right beside the candidate whose interview details you want to edit. 


2. In the following page, you can edit various interview details such as job profile and configure various interview settings w.r.t a particular interview. 
 
3. Once you are done editing the interview details and settings, you can click on either of two buttons present at the top right corner of the page:  the Schedule & Send Emails button to notify and send an updated email to your participants; the Schedule Without Sending Emails button to conclude the process of editing interview details/settings.  

Clone an Interview 

If you wish to Clone an interview and then edit the details instead of creating an interview from scratch, go to the interviews dashboard and then click on the clone option under the 3-dot action button in the Action(s) column right beside the candidate whose interview you want to clone.



2. Clicking upon the clone button will open the Clone Interview page which will consist of the same details and settings as the original interview it was cloned from. You can choose to keep settings the same or change the various details and settings in the interview.

3. Once you are done editing the interview details and settings, you can click on either of two buttons present at the top right corner of the page:  the Schedule & Send Emails button to notify and send an email to your participants; the Schedule Without Sending Emails button to conclude the process of cloning an interview.
