Understanding Types of Test Taker's Report



• To view the results of all test takers for a specific Test / Assessment, click on the test takers icon as shown below.














Types of Reports

Test Taker result reports are available in three formats as explained below:

1. Excel Report: A single excel data sheet containing results for each test taker. Excel data sheet report presents the analytics based on the sectional score, skill level score, and various other details which include candidate registration field data, Test Completion status, etc.

2. HTML Report: A report is provided in HTML format with each test taker's result available as a unique web link. The HTML report provides sectional scores and difficulty levels for each test taker. The report also includes test logs and question-wise details, hence providing a holistic view of the performance of a test taker. 

3. PDF Report: A report presenting test takers' result analytics in PDF format. A PDF report consists of all configurations of an HTML Report.


Please refer to the below stepwise approach to view and access the report(s):

1. How to download an Excel Report

• To download an excel report click on the "Test Takers" tab as shown in the below Image.




• Post clicking on the "Test Takers" tab, the following screen appears.




• Once we are on the above screen kindly select the test takers for whom the excel data sheet is to be downloaded. We can select individual test takers by simply checking the box present for each test taker or to select all test takers, simply select the name and email address checkbox.



 
• Post selecting the required number of test takers, click on "Download" then select "Test-Takers Excel".



 
• Once "Excel" is clicked the following screen appears. Click on "Download" to download the report onto the system.




• Once the excel data sheet is downloaded on the system. Now, we can view the "Test-Takers' Result".  




2. How to view an HTML Report

• To view an HTML report, click on the "Test Takers" tab as shown in the below image.




• Post clicking on the "Test Takers" tab, the following screen will appear.





• Once a new tab appears, the report can be viewed by clicking on the name of the test taker. The HTML report will open in a new tab. 





• Post, clicking on the first name of the test taker, the HTML report will open in a new tab. 




 
3. How to download a PDF Report

• To download the PDF report, click on the "Test Takers" tab as shown in the below Image.




• Post clicking on the "Test Takers" tab, the following screen appears.




• Once the test-taker page appears, we need to select the test taker for whom the PDF report is to be downloaded. We can select Individual test takers simply by checking the box present for everyone. 



• Post selecting the test taker, click on "Download" followed by clicking "PDF Test Takers Report".



• Post clicking on “PDF Test-Takers Reports”, the pdf file will be generated. Once it is downloaded, then we can preview the “Test-Takers Report”. 




4. How to download Bulk PDF Report

• To download PDF reports for multiple candidates in a bulk manner click on the "Test Takers" tab as shown in the below Image.



• Post clicking on the "Test Takers" tab, the following screen appears.




• Once we are on the above screen kindly select all the test takers by simply checking the box named as Name and Email Address (to select all test takers). To select individual test takers, select individual checkboxes for each test taker.





• Post selecting the required number of test takers, click on "Download" followed by clicking "PDF Test-Takers Report".




• Now, after selecting “PDF Test-Takers Reports”, the bulk PDF reports will be generated. 


• After the PDF files are generated in bulk, now we can download it. 



 
• Post clicking on "download", a Zip file is downloaded on the system. Extract the zip file to view the PDF reports of the test takers.



• Access the extracted PDF files and the test takers performance can be reviewed.




5.Report Filters

• The below Image helps with different report filters available on the test takers page which provide flexibility in filtering among various test takers' reports.




1. Overall Status: The journey of the test taker from yet to start to complete can be filtered by checking on overall status. 

2. Invitation Date: The date on which the invite email was sent to the test-takers. 

3. Performance Category: The performance of the test taker can be filtered by checking on performance category. 

4. Total Score: The test takers can be filtered based on the selected score range. 

5. Percentage: The test takers can be filtered based on the selected percentage range. 

6. Section Score: The sectional cut off can also be set as the filter criteria for reports of the test-taker. 

7. Test Start Date: The test taker's start date range can be set with the filter. 

8. Test Finish Date: The test finish date range can be set with the filter. 

9. Email Status: The email status of the test-taker can be selected from opened, delivered, sent, bounced. 

10. Compatibility Check Status: The compatibility status filter is used, if the test taker has passed, failed or is yet to attempt the test. 

11. Show Test-takers with Compensatory time: If the check box is checked, test-taker table will show test-takers who have been allocated compensatory time, if it is unchecked, test-taker table will show all test-takers.

12. Show Only starred Test-Takers: If the check box is checked, test-taker table will show test-takers who have been star marked, if it is unchecked, test-taker table will show all test-takers.
