What are file extensions?
File extensions are present at the end of every file name after a dot (.)
Example: .pdf, .doc, .docx
Mercer Mettl platform supports the following file extensions for the Upload type questions:
Upload Question Type has the option to limit the file extensions that the candidates can choose to upload while submitting their responses.
To ensure candidate uses only certain types of file extensions for uploading, you have to enter the allowed file extensions ( example: .pdf, .doc, .docx ) in the provided box as shown in the image below.
