Once you have defined your hiring process, the next phase is to schedule it for an applicant. The following screen appears after an applicant is added to the defined hiring process. You can reach the required Applicant by using the search.
The points highlighted in the image above under the Applicants column are defined below:
1. Once you click on the applicant name, the option to schedule each round becomes available. Click on the '+' symbol to schedule the particular round.
To schedule an assessment, click on the '+' below the assessment name.
There are 2 options available there, anytime and custom. Following are the definitions:
Once the assessment has been scheduled, click on Next and you are redirected to the e-mail template that has to be sent to the applicant to take the test. Under the template page, the mail is sent to the registered e-mail id of the applicant. There is also an option to CC any e-mail id. The e-mail body is customizable. Click on SEND INVITE to share the e-mail with the applicant. The body of the e-mail is in the language which was added at the time of adding the applicant. The following screen is displayed:
The following confirmation is received when the email is sent to the applicant:
To schedule an interview, click on the '+' below the interview name.
Once you click on the '+' symbol the following screen appears:
The following are the details for each tab:
Click on 'NEXT' to proceed further. The page redirects to the e-mail template for the interviewer and the interviewee.
Interviewer Template:
This template is customizable and any e-mail id can be cc'ed for the same.
Interviewee Template:
This template is customizable and any e-mail id can be cc'ed for the same.
Click on SEND INVITE to invite the interviewer and the interviewee. The following screen appears after clicking on SEND INVITE, a link to the interview for the applicant and an access pin and link for the interviewer. The access token is sent with the e-mail to the interviewer to start the interview. Click on DONE to go back to the job role:
2. This option helps you to upload the resume/CV for the applicant. The following screen appears when you choose to upload the resume/CV for an applicant:
Click on 'Upload File' to upload the resume/CV, the file formats compatible are PDF, Doc, Docx, Pages of max 5MB size. Click on 'DONE' when the process is finished.
