How to view the attendance of test-takers in an assessment?
Go to the results page of the assessment for which you want to see the attendance of the test takers.
3 tabs will be present as follows:
1. Completed: This section shows test-takers who have taken the test. You can view individual test taker’s reports and perform various other actions. For more information please visit this link.
2. In progress: This section shows test takers who have started the test and whose reports are yet to be generated.
3. Yet To Start: This section shows candidates who have not started the test.
Revoke Test Takers: Here you can revoke test takers individually or in bulk. While revoking you have the option to notify the test taker through an email sent by Mettl.
Excel Download: To get a consolidated list of all the test takers present in the “Yet to start” tab, you can download an excel. The excel will contain the test taker’s details such as first name, email id, private invitation test link, details of currently active registration fields associated with the test, etc.
