2. The following file names can be customized

a. PDF files (bulk and individual)- Results Dashboard 

b. Test-taker folder name – Results dashboard 

c. PDF files (bulk and individual)- Report+ (if this feature is enabled for your account) 

3. How to customize file name at Team level

a. Go to global settings 

b. Click on report Settings 

c. Go to file/folder name customization section

d. Select the language

i. This will show the default File/folder name. You can update this

e. In the text box enter "{“the list of available fields that can be used in file/folder name will be displayed

f. Select the field  

g. Enter "{“from the list choose another field

h. You can add up to 4 fields 

i. Once you have added the fields click on save icon to save the setting, this will also update for all tests in the team account

j. To set file name for a language other than English click on the language drop down, select the language and repeat steps e to g.

k. The updated file name will be displayed for downloaded files 

4. How to customize file name at Test level

a. Click on change settings in the test tile

b. Go to set “file/folder name” and click on edit 

c. If you have set up file/folder name at team level as explained in point 3, that will be displayed. If not, then the default file name will be displayed  

d. In the text box enter “{“the list of available fields that can be used in file/folder name will be displayed  

e. Select the field  

f. Enter “{“ from the list choose another field

g. You can add up to 4 fields

h. Click on the save icon next to the text box to save changes 

i. Close the popup the updated file name will be displayed for downloaded files 

5. Resetting the file name

a. Click on the reset icon in global setting>>report settings, this will reset the file/folder name to default value 

b. Click on the reset icon in settings on the test tile, this will reset the test level file name to the value set in report settings 

6. Points to note

a. If a file name is set to a field that is not mandatory for test-taker to fill then value for that will not be displayed in the file name

b. Feature to set up file name is only available to team administrators  

c. If a file name is set up at test level (after clicking on save) and then updated at team level from global settings, the changes will not reflect automatically. In this case

i. Go to change settings in test tile

ii. Click on edit file/folder name

iii. Click on reset button, the file name set in global settings will be displayed

iv. Once a file name has been updated after clicking reset, the changes made in global settings will automatically apply to the assessment. 

d. If a candidate registration filed is deleted from global settings>>candidate registration filed settings, the file name will be updated automatically and the next available field set in file /folder name customization setting will be used in the file name, if file name hasn’t been explicitly saved at test level. In case of explicit save at test level the field will still be available 

e. If a candidate registration filed is deleted from global settings>>candidate registration filed settings, and there is no other available field, then default file/folder name will be displayed  

f. If a candidate registration field is non- mandatory and test-taker has not filled the field the next available field set in file /folder name customization setting will be used in the file name. If there is no available field, then default file/folder name will be displayed
