How to create and activate an account on Mettl

SIGN UP ON METTL

  1. Open the URL  https://mettl.com/ to click on "Login" and click on "Get Started" to create a new account on Mettl Platform or directly access the URL-  https://mettl.com/signup.

  2. Enter the details requested in the fields to set the credentials for your account and click on “TRY METTL FOR FREE". 
           
  3. Check your inbox for an email for verification link from admin.mettl@mercer.com with the subject line “Verify your account on Mettl”.

  4. Click on “Activate Account” button available in the email or copy and paste the URL.


  5. Create a password for your account and visit the login page i.e. https://mettl.com/corporate/login
     to access the account.


  6. Once you have entered your login credentials the click on "Login to Mettl", the next step to secure your account by configuring "Two Factor Authentication" by clicking on "Secure My Account"

  7. "Two Factor Authentication"  can be configured by two methods - "Authenticator App"  or "Setup Email" to receive your time-based OTP. Select any one and then click on "Proceed to Next step".

    Configuring via an Authenticator App:

    Download & Install any Authenticator App in your smart phones like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator to generate login codes and Scan the QR code from the Authenticator App and enter the 6 digit code generated by the Authenticator app and click on "Activate" to activate the Two factor authentication for your account.


    Configuring via OTP on Email

    Enter the email address in which you would like to receive your  OTP. Then click on "Validate Email"


    Now Check your email for OTP from otp.mettl@mercer.com with the subject line "One-Time Password for login" and enter the OTP and click on "Submit and verify"




  8. Once you have secured your account then click "Go to Dashboard" to enter in your account.
