Please get in touch with Mercer | Mettl Client Helpdesk (mettl-delivery@mercer.com) or your account manager at Mercer | Mettl to request for your Tool Provider Key, Tool Provider Secret and Tool Provider URL, to enable the LTI integration between Mercer | Mettl assessment platform and Neolms.

LTI Tool Setup

Please login into the Neolms as Admin.  Please configure an External LTI Tool using your Tool Provider Key and Tool Provider Secret. This External LTI ool will be used in the subsequent steps described below.

Map an Assessment to a Course

1. Click on Login as test creator.
   

1. Please click on Add button corresponding to the assessment that you want to add to this particular course.
   

1. You are redirected to the anti cheating settings. Please choose the settings and click on Add to course.
   

Take the Assessment as a Candidate

1. By clicking on external tool, the candidate will be redirected to Mercer | Mettl platform to give the assessment.
   

View the Score of the Candidate

1. For  details, please Login as Support User and search by candidate's Email. You will be shown all the details along with the report link for the candidate.
