Below mentioned keys can be used be to customize the email notification, availability of some of the keys is dependent on the test link settings:
1. [test_taker]: Test taker’s name
2. [test_name]: Name of the test
3. [test_duration]: Duration of the test
4. [call_to_action]: Link in form of the button to start the test.
5. [test_administrator]: Name of the Organization
6. [test_administrator_name]: First name of the user inviting the test taker for the test.
Keys dependent of the test link settings:
1. [access_start_date]: Date on which the access for the test link opens.
2. [access_end_date]: Date on which the access for the test link closes.
3. [access_start_time]: Time at which the access of the test link starts.
4. [access_end_time]: Time at which the access of the test link closes.
5. [test_date]: Date on which the test is scheduled.
6. [reporting_start_time]: Time at which the reporting windows opens.
7. [reporting_end_time]: Time at which the reporting windows closes.
8. [test_start_time]: Time at which the test starts.
9. [test_end_time]: Time at which the test finishes.
10. [time_zone]: Location time zone for which the date and time related settings are configured.
Task Based Test Keys:
11. [submission_time] : Date and Time for final submission of the test by the test taker.
These keys can be used in the mail body to perform exactly the functions they represent above. These keys extract the required information from the database of the candidate bank entered (manually or in bulk) and emails sent to them have the appropriate information tailor made for that particular candidate.
