You can invite numerous people to take an assessment, in one go, with the help of candidate banks. You can either follow the piece-meal approach of sending assessments to each candidate individually, or, you can for a collective candidate bank and send assessments to all the candidates in that bank, thus saving your time and effort.

To create and manage candidate banks:

1. Click on your account name on the top right corner. Choose Manage Candidates from the drop-down.

2. Click on the New Candidate Bank button, and create a new candidate group bank.

3. Now, you can add candidates one-by-one, by clicking on the ADD CANDIDATES option displayed aside the name of the candidate group.

4. On the new page that opens, click on the Add New Candidate button, and then enter the relevant details of the candidate. Once done, click on OK button.

5. The candidate's email address and name will be displayed on the dashboard on the screen.

If you wish to enter details of multiple candidates in one go:

    1. Click on your account name on the top right corner. Choose Manage Candidates from the drop-down.

    2. Click on Candidate Upload Template, and then fill in the appropriate details in the mentioned format and save the file.

    3. Now click on ADD CANDIDATES button aside the candidate bank in which you wish to include the candidate details.

    4. Click on Bulk Upload Candidates button, and then choose and click on 'Upload' button to upload  the file which contains the candidate details. The candidate list will be reflected in the candidate bank.

Why are the Candidate details not getting uploaded?

If you are not able to upload the candidate details in Bulk Upload, then the most common reason could be that -

    1. Either the column names have not been specified properly, or
    2. Some data may be missing from one or many of the columns, or
    3. The date-of-birth format has not been entered properly. It should always be in 'dd/mm/yyyy' format when uploading through Bulk Upload Candidates option.
In such cases, rectify the errors that are displayed on the screen, and then upload the sheet again.
